3      Main Features

This section consists of 2 fields.

3.1        Personal Shift Information

1.The employee's previous, current, and next shift information are displayed.

2.The employee is asked to end the previous shift, start the current shift.

3.Prompted to start the current shift.

If the user is active in the system, the system allows the user to start the shift 10 minutes in advance. If the shift has not been started, the shift start warning is displayed continuously.

3.1.1        Constraints

1.If there is no active shift record for the user, information is given with "YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ASSIGNMENT FOR THE SHIFT".

2.If there is no entry time for the previous shift, information is given with "YOU CAN'T END THE SHIFT BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT STARTED THE SHIFT".

3.If the user's status is not active in the shift, the system will not allow the user to start the current shift.

3.2        Dispatching Center

Provides to display the Dispatching Center's shift schedule as follows.

1.Active working day

2.The next 7 days

3.The current month.
