3 Main Features
The FACT values of the gas passing through the entry and exit points can be obtained from SCADA, as well as uploaded to the system via excel/xml documents shared by Upstream and Downstream operators.

3.1 Getting from SCADA System
The end of day values in SCADA are transferred into the system via the SCADA Receiver System. These values are treated as SCADA end of day.

3.2 Getting from Operators
Upstream or Downstream operators can share the current end-of-day values in an excel/xml file. These excel/xml files are imported into the system with the import button as follows. These values are treated as Fact Values.

3.3 Insert Manually
The system allows manual entry by the user of the end-of-day values obtained from SCADA or operators.

3.4 OBA Calculation
OBA Accounts are automatically calculated by the system after recording the Daily Fact values provided by the SCADA data system or via files sent by Upstream and Downstream operators.
