1      What is?

In this module, OBA calculations are made for Upstream and Downstream operators with the overall OBA calculation of the system.

2      About whom?

Since the system is parametric, it is in a structure that can be changed by the authorized or the system administrator. But basically, this section has been developed for the use of:

This section is used by Dispatcher Director, Dispatchers and Allocator.

3      Main Features

OBA calculations are automatically calculated by the system after recording the Daily Fact values provided by the SCADA data system or via files sent by Upstream and Downstream operators.

3.1        Data Input

The data needed for the calculations regarding OBA are obtained from the SCADA data system or based on the end-of-day values entered/uploaded on the Daily Fact screen.

The following formulas are used for OBA calculations.

3.2        Daily OBA Calculation

BTG

oBTG Daily OBA (kWh) = ALLOCATION – FACT

oBTG OBA (kWh) = ALLOCATION – FACT

oBTG Daily OBA (Sm3) = BTG Daily OBA (kWh) / GCV (kWh/Sm3)

oBTG OBA (Sm3) = Last BTG Total + Daily BGT OBA

SSTTBV

oSSTTBV Daily OBA (Sm3) = ALLOCATION – FACT

oSSTTBV OBA (Sm3) = Last SSTTBV Total + Daily SSTTBV OBA

SYSTEM OBA

oSystem OBA (Sm3) = BTG OBA (Sm3) – SSTTBV OBA (Sm3)

In case of change of retrospective FACT data, it changes the daily OBA account. Therefore, OBA calculations are renewed for all gas days from the past change date to the last gas day.

3.3        Limit Exceeded

When the OBA limits are approached, Allocated Measurement is applied or the OBA limits are exceeded, the user is warned with animated alerts which are listed in Received Alarms.
