1      What is?


In this Sub-Module, Accident Simulation is performed and when a valve is closed, it is calculated how long it takes for the outlet pressure to be 45 bar.

Since the system is parametric, it is in a structure that can be changed by the authorized or the system administrator. But basically, this section has been developed for the use of:

3      Main Features

After Closed valve is selected, Time is calculated by pressing Calculate button.

 

Firstly, the line pack in the pipeline from the closed valve to the exit point is calculated using the current values.

Then the line pack in the same pipeline is calculated by taking the outlet pressure of 45 bar.

The time is calculated by dividing the difference of the line packs by the flowrate at the exit point.
