Overview

Phase 2 of the ACSTP-GT Project is the support phase. Support services will be provided for solutions delivered for a period of 3 years.

The principles regarding the provision of these services are explained in the Support Procedure document specified in the subtitle.

JIRA Service Desk Management Application will be used for support services.
