1      What is?

This module covers the identification and authorization of personnel and users. It requires that each user is first introduced to the system as personnel the definition of institutions that are active users in the system.

The user account of everyone defined as staff is created automatically. The user account must be activated by the system administration.

This section is used by Admin.

3      Main Features

3.1        Listing Features

A new institution is defined with this button.

a)        Identity No will be username for user account.

b)        Color pattern assignment is used to identify people in personnel lists.

c)        E-mail address is mandatory.

       d)        Employee should be assigned to an institution, unit with a task.

e)        It is obligatory to define the institution, unit, and job description where the personnel will work. 

f)        Personnel can be assigned to more than one institution and unit.

g)        The default institution of the staff is limited to one and can be updated.

h)        For task termination, an end date must be entered.
